The judicial power of the United States is vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. Any decision from the Circuit Courts may be appealed to the United States Supreme Court. Thus, the Federal Court have a very important function in the administration of the immigration laws. Decisions of the Board of Immigration Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court in the jurisdiction when the person resides.
